Spyware Problems

Still having issues?   Many Windows systems have been infected with "spyware" and "adware" that can cause harmful problems with your internet experience.  Problems can range from non-stop pop-ups, corrupted browsers, blocked websites, massive slowdowns in system performance.   If you feel that you may have spyware, please try some of the following programs.   We cannot provide support for spyware related issues, but we have had good experiences in the past with some of the following free programs:

1. Microsoft Anti-Spyware
2. Ad Aware SE - Personal Edition
3. SpyBot Search & Destroy

Try Using Firefox

If you are using Internet Explorer and cannot access our website properly (even after trying the above steps), you more than likely have a corruption due to spyware, virus, registry problem, etc.  Please download and try visiting our site with FireFox (Firefox is Mozilla's replacement for Netscape and is based on the same engine, but quicker). 

Disable Website Accelerators

If you are using any kind of website accelerator, please disable it, delete your cookies and cache and try again.
